The Texas Pipeline Association (TPA) is the nation’s largest state trade association dedicated exclusively to representing the intrastate pipeline network. We are the primary resource on the Texas pipeline industry and serve as an educational partner to regulators and the public. Our member companies are committed to integrity, transparent communication, fair right-of-way practices, respectful construction, and safe, reliable operations that deliver essential energy resources across the state.

Advocacy

TPA is the voice of the Texas pipeline industry before the Legislature and regulatory agencies. We advocate on behalf of our members on issues including pipeline safety, environmental regulation, taxation, and legislation, working to ensure policies that support responsible operations and the continued delivery of vital energy to Texans.
